How to submit a DMCA notice

If you believe in good faith that material available on RawlustBox.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notification that contains the following information in full:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or a person authorized to act on their behalf).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed (including registration details, if available).
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (for example, the exact URL).
4. Contact information for the complaining party (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
5. A statement by the complaining party that they have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

What we will do when we receive a valid notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material or content.
• Make reasonable efforts to notify the user who posted the content that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
• If appropriate, we may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
  We will act as promptly as practicable and in accordance with applicable law.

Counter-notice procedure

If you believe that the removed content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following information:

1. Your name, address, and telephone number.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed (URL).
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which RawlustBox may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send counter-notices to: dmca@rawlustxxx.com. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice we may restore the removed content in accordance with the DMCA, usually after at least 10–14 business days, unless the original claimant files a lawsuit seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement.

Repeat infringer policy

We may, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Misrepresentations and penalties

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages (including costs and attorney’s fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
